- Vaquero is Spanish for cowboy and was created to reflect a worn cowboy leather. Vaquero is pure aniline leather that is embossed with a belly crocodile texture.
- Using premium selection European cowhides are tanned in a special combination of part chrome/veg. This process allows the leather to retain the texture with depth more like a true crocodile belly.
- Vaquero hides have a wax applied and then the hides are embossed.
- Vaquero hides are great for any furniture style, but will ware naturally over time and with use. Vaquero will break and age as upholstered and over the years of use. The slightly worn and distressed appearance will become worn and distress.
- Prolonged exposure to sunlight will cause Vaquero to fade.
- Average hide size- 45 sq ft.
