- Stetson is created on a European crust; this top-grain leather has a worn distressed appearance.
- The distressing process affects every hide differently and you will notice that some hide will have a slight worn nap similar to old jeans and others may have a waxy appearance. This is a unique characteristic that makes Stetson the perfect lived look.
- Hides are dyed for color therefore exhibiting color variations within your furniture. Therefore, the furniture you receive will vary from the leather swatch.
- A water and stain resistance chemical is added for protection.
- Ecpect to find natural markings such as healed scars, scratches, neck, and belly wrinkles throughout your furniture.
- Stetson has a waxy hand, which will deepen and darken with use.
- Prolonged exposure to sunlight will dry and fade Stetson.
- Average hide size- 45 sq ft.
