- Avington leather has a supple feel that sets it apart from any of the look- alike products. With a fabulous color line that is well stocked, Avington is perfect for every application.
- It is a fully protected top grain leather of German origin. The hides are selected for their size and minimal “flaws”, making them an excellent choice for contract work.
- Using “A” grade select raw material, these hides are finished with water base technology.
- Opaque pigments are used to cover the surface of the leather for consistent coloration from hide to hide and within dye lots. A clear water based topcoat is used for protection.
- Because Avington surpasses many specifications for marine, hospitality and governmental furniture, it a great choice for these types of upholstery.
- The hides will have natural characteristics such as healed scars, scratches, neck and belly wrinkles which are hallmarks of top quality leathers.
- The hides average 55 square feet.
